These sessions are aimed at those who are unable to ride a bike or for people who simply haven’t been on a bike for years! The sessions will focus on enjoyment and offer a basic introduction to cycling. All sessions take place off-road in a completely safe environment.

Cycle Plus sessions

These sessions are park-based, using pathways and fields to develop cycling skills further, including steering, braking and gear changing. Nearby quiet roads can also be used for those with more confidence to develop basic road cycling knowledge. These sessions are suitable for the whole family but all children must be accompanied by a participating adult.

Bikes are provided for these sessions.
